Jessica Leonard has prepared meals in some of New York’s most acclaimed restaurants including Eleven Madison Park, Daniel and The James Beard House, as well as the Virginia Governor’s Mansion. However, it was Jess’s love for fine chocolate and travel that inspired her to create something completely unique – one chocolate bar with eight distinct squares.
Determined to find the world’s best treat, Miss Maude traveled to London, Paris, Marrakech, and beyond, opening her palate to the world’s most exciting flavors. Inspired by distant places, festive occasions, and the notion that a girl really can have it all, she has brought together an entire box of chocolates into one delicate, bonbon-like bar.
